Founded originally by English Settlers, Cape Coral has long existed as a small and relatively self contained community. Being nestled on the coast, the town briefly had some sort of tourist scene, but it remained pretty fruitless. While blessed with scenic views of the Atlantic coast, the town just does not have the attractions to regularly attract visitors to it's sandy beaches. Economically, the town is primarily middle class, though it does have some higher end houses in town. Most families living in Cape Coral tend to stay there for generations, but it attracts plenty of new residents due to the promise of simple suburban life and beautiful beaches.
Settled near the center of town, Red Oak Regional is a well established and accomplished public school. Blessed with an effective staff and generous budgets for it's various programs, the school naturally succeeded where other public schools failed. Has a reputation for being historically successful in athletics, academics and the arts alike. However, things might change in the coming years. Despite the beautiful and well kept facilities of the school, a new generation is making its arrival. A new principal has taken the reigns of the school, and new unique students are pouring in every year. Can these new students main the legacy of the great Eagles who came before them? Or will they crumble under the pressure?
